No. Gameplay is different. It's inspired by Mini Motorways and in some aspects it looks the same, but for me it's a different game.

I like MM , this one is more complex.. more variation.. but "knock off".. yes (if MM was there before this)

Yeh it was, turns out there was a whole legal issue last year

Not really, no. It has the same basic mechanics but it's more complex and has broadly different gameplay. It is as much a knockoff of MM as Quake is of Doom. (Setting aside that they are both Id products.)
