Treasure Hunter Achivements

Hi, i can't seem to find the itens for the Treasure Hunter Novice and Competent,
I have been back and forth but no luck.
Little Help Please :)

Hi, sorry if im a bit late but here are the locations for the 2 easter eggs. 1.is located at the beginning of the vent memorie on the right side of the office when you enter on the floor. 2. located under the stairs after you complete the vent memorie.
