Horrible frame drops- mainly while swinging over city
This game used to run locked 60fps, not sure what happened. Haven't changed any parts in my pc. CPU Intel Core i7 10700K, GPU NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3070 Ti, Motherboard ASUS ROG STRIX Z490-E GAMING, RAM Corsair CMW32GX4M2D3600C18 DDR4 (x4). Miles Morales, on the other hand, runs flawlessly. I tried making that game's framerate drop and it can't. Locked 60 the whole time.

Same issue here. I have the same CPU with a 3070. Game slows down randomly to 30 fps. If anyone's found a solution let us know :tank:

I get the issue during cutscenes and fights sometimes. It's quite annoying.

I think it's an update with Windows. I've tried just about everything multiple times. Spider-Man was the first game that had terrible issues. Now, other games have stuttering issues. My rig is pretty strong, so it ain't a hardware issue, especially when it ran flawlessly out the box.

it's 24h2, it's incompatible with some hardware and causes stuttering issues in games. I had major stuttering before rolling back to 23h2, which solved all of it

I had just about the same issues with 23h2. I couldn't put my finger on it early enough, because at first, the issue was only with Spider-man AFTER the developers launched an update. Some time afterwards, all other games had stuttering issues. I spent a good amount of money on a solid rig to NOT have these issues.
