Is it terrible like SS4?

I know i dont have the best pc but please even on low settings performance is really bad tried dx11 and vulkan and got the same result.Was really looking forward to this but kinda regret buying it , hopefully devs look into it.

Hi. Completed all the game, all the levels on serious difficulty without infinite ammo or other modifications, and don't get this damned achievement. Does it even work? Has anyone else encountered this and how did you resolved it? It's so annoying...

Is there a way to skip it? I keep dying and its annoying the hell out of me being stuck on this boss. I think its optional but the elevator is locked off I guess until you beat it
