Cheelai, Lemo, Erasa, Kami, Dende, Pilaf's gang and Lunch

And ESPECIALLY the NPCs we see in the ultimates, like the Bergamo brothers or Puipui and Yamu, I don't understand why these characters aren't available as NPCs in custom battles, they could put so many! They don't require combat animation so it should be easy to add them right?
