So I'm just wondering whats the issue with Movavi not able to import an MTS file correctly. I can open a video in 'Media Player'. No Issue sound and video all good. I then drop the file into Movavi and no audio? Check the file in movavi and its says there is no audio track. What gives? Thought most things record in MTS these days and that this program could handle this type of file in this day and age?...

Used for 50+ hours, with no issues, then recently, any project with a remaining time above 10 minutes freezes up between 3%~7%. The elapsed time continues, but the progress bar, and remaining time freeze. Unable to cancel a job either when this happens have to end task. Anyone else run into this and/or have a fix?...

The last few times I've used Movavi 2022 it won't shut off. Even after I shut down steam and come back the next day I can't relaunch because it still hasn't shut down. It just keeps saying shutting down, but it never does. usually happens after I edit 3 or 4 videos in a row without shutting down and starting over......
