Deluxe VS Premium
From my understanding you get the DLC chapter in both versions but the premium version gives you some OP demons you can use to steamroll the game and pretend you are gud. Everything else is cosmetics. Am I right?

Yeah pretty much.
Though you don't get the OP demons right from the start, have to unlock the fusion/compendium though that still pretty early. You also don't have to get them, it wont force you to. Depending on the demon they range from 12 (ai-ho) to 90 (satan).
