There's always a town portal scroll near your first floor spawn point. Search for it in one of the boxes, chests, etc. If you run into trouble, use it and rest at the inn. It'll take a few dives to get some decent equipment and a few more before you amass job points needed to start buying skills.
Again, you'll be alright with no equipment, other than the couple things given to you up front, at first.
First priority with your money should be hiring three party members.
Thanks
Classes starting off with no skills at all is a bit surprising, as one would expect they would at least each have something basic to start with. Similarly for gear, as only the character you start with gets any beginning stuff upon creation, but fortunately it usually doesn't take long to get at least some starting stuff for all the classes.
