looking at the modding guide and i see stuff about it and i dont know where to find it, can anybody help me?

I know this is probably a valve problem but when I try to download the game it says there is no license and it won't let me put it in my library either. Is there anything I can do?

I feel like power goes down a tad too fast in this game, espcailly since the 'geneator' is kinda worthless as it only ever seems to max out at .50% power, which doesnt do anything. It makes using the Cameras pointless as it drains your power too fast to even bother...

i was playing a custom with 173 on 0 but i think around hour 5 or 6 i get killed by it please fix this who else has this issue?

when power hits zero lights stay on for some time it should go out quick dose anyone agree
