Secret locked door in floor 381?

Hey guys, I saw a third locked door on floor 381, you can get up to it by jumping on some glass panes and going up to a bridge, I couldn't find an extra key to open it even after redoing the whole level, does anyone know how to access it/what's behind it?

I won't tell you what's in it. But when you get the key at the end of the level, instead of using it on the door in that dark room, jump into the water. This will get you back to that spot without using your key. :)
