HDR
Don't use it. Seems to be just using Windows HDR tonemapping from SDR, since it is incredibly washed out in exclusive fullscreen but when HDR is enabled in Windows, using borderless fullscreen the saturation comes back. Can anyone confirm the game doesn't have real HDR?

This game does uses HDR, at lest it renders the scenes in HDR internally but then tonemaps the frame down to LDR in the end, for non HDR monitors, so in a sense, no it doesn't have HDR, not for modern HDR monitors.
Also when this game came out, those monitors were relatively rare, afaik only recently they came down in price enough for a level attainable by more wallets.
Thou personally, I don't think would be that hard for Crytek to patch it, if they wanted, is just disabling the tonemapping after all, but perhaps there's very few people asking for this.

HDR rendering been used internally since Half-Life 2: Lost Coast(2005) where it debuted.

HDR in question is HDR output on supported monitors/TVs. Crysis Remastered has an option to enable it but in my experience it doesn't do a good job either.
