I am trying to 100%complete the game but i cant find how to get this achievement. I loaded previous saves and i made alternative choices but still i cant find where it is and what choice i need. Can someone help me?

I think I'm missing a girl, and the story won't proceed without her. When I pull up the Hints page, I see: Amber Amy Claire ?? Katie Meg Serena I'm trying to learn how to use my powers with Darla and Dee, but after inviting Amy and Claire there's no one left to invite. Who was ?? supposed to be, and is there any way to get her into the fold at this stage of the game?...
