I turn off the Intel Turbo Boost, Intel Turbo Boost Max Technology 3.0 and Hyper Threading. Since I did that, the game has been running fine with no problems. You will get shuttered here and there early in the game. The shutter is gone in the middle of the game and toward the end.
Sound like you have stability or cooling issues.
OP, do not do this.
It only has slight traversal stutter. Outside of loading areas it runs smooth.
I got this game for less than 20 bucks and honestly totally worth it.
13700K, 4070Ti, Samsung 980 Pro NVMe SSD
There is no cooling issue here, and I had to turn off those features for the game to run otherwise, the CPU would go straight to 90c and crash(black screen) within a few minutes. This is the only game that does this.
12900k, 6800XT, Ranxiana S880 NVMe SSD
You say you dont have a cooling issue yet your CPU goes to 90°C than it crashes. Did I read that right? Lol
Probably because it went past 90° and that was the last reading you got before it spiked and shut down to prevent damage. Which is normal for the BIOS to do that but not normal to have that high of temp.
So yea, I'd say its a cooling issue for sure. Especially since this game is CPU heavy. It put all my cores ~55% usage at ~68°C.
What is your CPU cooler?
FYI, your SSD is a FanXiang. With that bad of typo I am assuming this is a pre-built? So yea, def check your cooling and case airflow. If not in the know, have someone else check it out for you or the place where you purchased it from.
It will never be fixed.
