item is locked but i need it for the mission
the kawasemi 5000 needs a railway bridge approach 2 but it is locked and says i need to do the mission to unlock it. How do i do a mission that needs an item that needs to be used for the mission but its locked.

They're not because I'm stuck on exactly the same mission.

I figured it out. You have to go upstairs to the workshop to do the mission and it’s all in your inventory

I thought you had to buy the stuff then take them upstairs to do the layout.
