Any chance the player can use the intrigue system?
Like I would love to have a Reaper or a Righteous Judge in my Pantheon. Just here are all my heroes, hp Lovecraft things, dragons and I got this horse.

I'm guessing no.

Still holding out hope for the tome of Eldritch Pact for general map usage, and for a tome so I can just get Scourge without banking on an event.
