Having GPU issues? Please post your specs here!
After a meeting with Unity reps it seems their reasoning is that the high GPU usage some users are experiencing is caused by a certain combination of GPU/GPU driver versions.

The only way we can debug this if is we start collecting data on which specs this is happening to, most importantly which GPU/Driver version.

If you have this issue and you have tried the solution recommended
here without success, please reply with the following information:

I had/have the issue but got it better (but not fixed) when using half-sync.

Graphics card: Asus ROG Strix OC RTX 4090
Graphics card driver version: Nvidia 531.68
VRAM: 24GB

Resolution: 4K - 3840x2160

I also got the issue.
Seems like a other Unity game in Alpha status is doing the same.
V-sync half seems to lower it to 80% GPU usage.
Settings on Medium.

This game overheats graphics cards. It's a little frustrating to have this issue on Medium.

Half Vsync doesn't help all that much, temps were running at over 170 F, fans going crazy. Even if game is paused.
