There are mods for that. Check Nexus.

I do agree, feel like time flows pretty fast, dusk and dawn are short. I'm sure theres commands, But theres a few different mods avaiable on Nexus for it

Lets all gloss over a half baked product and use a band-aid style answer "TheRE'S a MOd FoR iT DuDE!" to cover for the lack of a option ingame.

Dude, settle down. It's a opinion on the length of day in a video game. You know sometimes a game is made to have a point to a day/night cycle?
