Can you tell me the references to stories/characters that you found?
Here some I found

Edgar - From the Writer Edgar Allan Poe

Snowy - Snow White Character (and the mirror levels)

Juliet - From Romeo And Juliet (and the lover's poison suicide level)

Frog - From the story of the frog prince.

Dragon, vampire, werewolf - folklore/mythology

Kill your father and marry your mother level - King Oedipus story

Baron Rules Alone (Machiavelli) - Nicolás Maquiavelo (real person).

Waiting Level - Waiting For Godot play.

Gun used - Flintlock

No, I think you got most of them! Short thread! I can add one though, in that the Detective looks a lot like how Sherlock Holmes is usually depicted in old films. I believe the pipe and deerstalker hat are from Doyle's written stories but I haven't read them.

I dunno where the whole family of weird little gnomes come from. But I do enjoy their odd adventures, marrying, defending, and avenging each other. Often within their own family!

The gun I think is a literal reference to Chekhov's Gun.

Additionally; Lenora is presumably based on the Edgar Allen Poe poem "The Raven" in which he describes his dead wife Lenore. Salome is reference to mythology and/or an Oscar Wilde play of the same name. Mina is also named after the heroine of Bram Stoker's "Dracula!" I'm sure there are more but this is just what I thought of off the top of my head.
