No, you can't buy it but there is a way to get it. I is on reddit.

I've not found it on reddit either.
the closest thing is my post about lulua costumes, but it doesn't work with more recent titles like Sophie 2....

For some older titles the preorder bonuses were just unlisted but mistakenly free to install for anyone through the steam API. This has since been corrected and the affected dlcs are now listed for free, and it never worked for Sophie 2 in the first place.

Yeah I remember using the steam API method to get the other ones from older titles. I guess only pirates can get this pre-order DLC now 😞

which is kind of stupid for KT.
I would pay 1 or 2€ for the costume... even 4€ if I must (but not more)

they are lost free money for them (free because the work was already done for it, however they are not gaining from it anymore)
