Thread: Bugs I have encountered in this game.
Hello everyone, let me make myself perfectly clear, I like this game, and I want to like it even more, if you don't believe me, go to my profile and read my Not Recommended review.

I want to make a sort of a thread with the Bugs I have personally encountered, in hopes of getting the attention of developers so they can iron them out. So here it goes.

NOTE: I am no professional bug reporter or game tester or whatever, so I apologise for my amateur bug reporting.

So far I have encountered these bugs, which forced me to reload a save, restart the whole mission or having to hard kill my game over the Task Manager.

I'll try to stick to this format, with the disclaimer that I may not remember what type of mission it was or something else:

FORMAT : #Number of bug / Mission type/ Description/ Resolution

#1 Eliminate seed Carriers: Bug which made the game stuck in enemy turn, with the enemy coming in front of my knight, which was standing above the enemy plague soldier, and the plague soldier just sort of looking up at the knight without doing anything. Waiting for a while, speeding up from NORMAL to FAST did nothing. I had to reload the previous save and I didn't do the same things again, so I don't know if it would happen again. But I managed to complete the level without any issues the second time.

#2 Don't remember mission type, could be the one where you eliminate the Bloom Spreader: Bug which made the ability menu unresponsive to clicking or pressing number keys on the keyboard. The icons did actually light up as I would press but nothing happened. My knights could not shoot or do anything besides walk around. Unfortunately I had no previous save, and I had to restart the mission. Same applies as the former paragraph, I didn't exactly repeat what I did so I don't know if the same would happen again. I should also mention that this happened mid-mission, as abilities did work for a part of the mission, and then decided not to work. Ending the turn did nothing as the same problem was present next turn.

#3 Eliminate Seed Carriers: Similar bug to #1 happened except this time the entire game seemed to be frozen, although after checking the task manager, it did not say "Not Responding". The enemy was stuck in their turn, and pressing ESC did nothing, the Menu couldn't open, so I could not restart the mission or reload the save if I had one. The animations were still working, everyone was "breathing" and standing there. Funny enough when I ALT TABBED, it did show the "Game Paused, Press any key to continue" window, and after I pressed, it responded and continued the game, but everything was still stuck like before. Frustrated, I killed the game over Task manager, and here I am writing this thread.

#4 Aeger the Benevolent stuck after I killed him, also Ectars comment on me immbolizing him is stuck at top of the screen.

Similar situation to bug to #3, with ESC menu being bugged, with me resolving to hard killing the game. Good news is that there was an autosave created at the last part of the battle.

I will update this thread as I encounter more bugs, but I hope to God that I don't have to update this thread any more. Also people are welcome to post their own experiences with bugs in the comments, let's hope devs figure out what's causing them.

This happened to me too, the ability would switch to activation mode when pressed, but then you cannot perform the selected action. Issue was resolved by reloading the autosave.

Doesn't look like the game is still supported, last update was about a year ago.

I saw a dev reply somewhere where someone was mentioning one of the bugs also mentioned here and the dev said they are "working on it" so yeah, recent - ish reply too
