The game itself also has a very basic gameplay loop and is very easy to get into.
Just pressing '?' will show you the keyboard shortcuts for any given screen, which is just about all the information you need to get started if you have some experience with video games.
Furthermore there are a ton of youtube videos that can easily serve as tutorials.
It may be too complex for you to learn on your own.
It's probably not the game for you.

The 2 hour refund window is for playing time. For just owning the game it's 2 weeks. ;-)
And I think they already refunded as they no longer have the "has game" mouse symbol after their username.
