Hello guys,
I found a solution to a problem, that occurs, if your game crashes.
if you're facing the same problem:
1. Switch steam to offline mode
2. delete the folder of house da vinci 3 under appdata -> LocalLow -> Blue Brain Games
3. Start the game, create a new profile, play a few minutes and close the game
4. copy the new created house da vinci 3 folder and save it somewhere else,
5. switch your steam to online mode again
6. delete the house da vinci 3 file in appdata->LocalLow->Blue Brain Games and drag your saved house da vinci file into it.

When you start the game, you will continue where you stopped and not facing the prior issue again
