Not crying over a loss, but I just died in act 1 against The Shell because of his tile damage. In the second rotation of his enemy tiles, the 3 turn tile was doing 50 damage. Sometimes, the board just doesn't line up to be able to handle them, even -with- tile damage cards, and when you have them, you're spending entire turns trying to just survive and making no progress on the boss. Even some enemies in Act 2 and 3 are a little overtuned and do way more damage with tiles than I can handle. I find myself ...

Does anyone else think this game is unreasonably difficult? I haven't achieved a single clear. Most of the time I die in Act 2. If that doesn't end me, the final* boss does. I think most enemies are overtuned. Stats-wise, but also in the sheer amount of mechanics each one brings with it. I do like the game, but it's kind of demoralizing to know you'll never win. *I just read in another post that there's an Act 4. Which means the boss acting as a definitive runstopper for me wasn't even the final one....

UPDATE: Sure enough, I started a run and focused on shock and played mostly from my hand and then chained from the board after I stacked plenty of shock and won. Still, the success rate is barely half that of the other heroes. Super fun regardless! Do I just need to grind and hope for the right trinkets to line up? Maybe I'm playing it wrong, but, wow, way harder than the other two....
