I have stuff to add:
It happened to me the first time I played the stage, couldn't ride the elevator again and had to restart the stage (it worked normally the second time). Few days later I updated my drivers. After that I was playing normally and decided to revisit Treble In Paradise. It glitched exactly as before.
This led me to believe it's related to shader compilation and that's why it seems to happen only one time before the restart. Obviously it depends heavily on HW combinations, and its nonexistant in console since it's precompiled there.
I suspect it has something to do with Alder Lake E Cores, but that's too much.
It's the stutters from shader compilation. Downgrading the graphics to a point they stop altogether fixes this, but it's not an acceptable solution.
