I've always thought about doing more with her, but never really got anywhere, so for now the answer is no, but with an asterisk*.

That's how they double dip you. Sell you the base/crap version until they sell enough copies (or it stops selling) and boom, they give you the next version (HD Remaster/Definitive Edition etc) and since people like you keep buying multiple copies/different versions of the same game, why not continue to do it?
