Added failsafes for BasilRIPS boss completion and the Chaos Butterfly to prevent hard locking if the game crashes between beating the boss and triggering the completion flag.

If you've seen either ending (or both) and didn't get the achievement, you can now get it by returning to the Eternal September and waiting for 1 second.
