The two options presented are "leave the dog to suffer and die in the cold, alone" or "put it out of its misery" There is no option to take the dog to the vet, and yet the game developers credit themselves at the ending as choosing to *save* the dog. That was never an option, and this turns the set up into insulting the player by baiting and switching options that weren't presented....
