I have played a bit, had to uninstall and re-install on steam here. Used the same email and it let me in and shows my 'purchases', but not the characters. Also, I can't create any new characters as it just gives me the spinning circle (over 15 minutes so far twice) Thoughts?...

What's going on? I see the news message in the game, I click on "learn more" and it does nothing. I go in the store screen and can't see you two last releases. So I can't buy anything, even when I'd like to.

Why is it considered bad sportsmanship to concede when I have 9 hit points and my opponent has 54 and an army of champions out there and I have nothing? If I know that I'm going to lose, I'm ok with it. I just want to end the game, get my XP, and move on to the next one....

Ancestry packs cost 200 gems each. You can't purchase them directly, only via in-game gems - most likely to take away the rights to a refund and to obscure the real value. More nefariously, gems are only sold in packs of 80 or 500 so you'll pay for worthless leftover gems. This is an old, well known and gross, greedy practice and I'm saddened to see Wise Wizard Games still abusing it....

Question, I might be blind, but is there any real deckbuilding? It seems like the Decks are all pre-generated depending on which Class and Ancestry you pick. Or does the "Deckbuilding" only exist in this form + leveling up those "Heroes"?
