Hamachi doesn't work anymore and a multimillionaire corporation doesn't have the money to keep the servers online

Dear steam community, this is the first tíme I think I've ever asked for help. This is an issue that I can't find anyone else having and that I haven't been able to figure out over my four hours trying to fix it The problem is that the surround sound seems to be bugged. I can't hear anything to my front, only to the sides. If I face a sound source head on I gat barely any noise from that sound source but if I turn 90 degrees from it I hear it perfectly well....

I don't understand why the enemies are so aggressive. As soon as I start a terrorist hunt, the enemies come towards me. When I aim at them from afar and kill them with the silencer, I am still spotted and all this regardless of the difficulty selected. I have not installed any MOD. Do you have the same behavior? I don't remember this when I played on PlayStation 2....
