They actually made the scouting worse than ever. It is a traditional mistake that even 5 star scouts propose to sign players with a potential of less than 70, even if your current starting 11 has an actual average quality of 85 or more. Every real life scout would get fired for that.
What is worse is that now the majority of youth players are dwarfs. Black dwarfs, to be exact. I would suggest that EA sends some scouts to Germany and learn that the average German football player is not a 5 foot African.

I'm more concerned about the 40 sprint speed CB catching up to the 95 sprint speed attacker after a 5 meter head start... And countless things of that nature. It never changes, it just gets worse.
