not getting reward after finish quest from bulleting board

Cannot get the reward with "book icon" after finish quests.

No problem getting money and item reward though.

Anyone knows why? thanks

Those should be the battle mix recipes. Have you confirmed that you are trying to use battle mix with the right character and items?
