1. Launch game.
2. Open binding setting (on controller "menu" -> "controller bindings").
3. Set "active controller binding" to "custom", press "edit this binding".
4. Scroll on touchpad down until you find "Tigger" actions. Before edit I had:
USE AS TRIGGER
Click: none
Pull: triggerpressed
5. Edit it to set:
USE AS TRIGGER
Click: triggerpressed
Pull: none
6. Make sure right controller's Trigger actions has same properties. If it's not, then disable mirror mode (checkbox on bottom center side) and make similar trigger settings.
7. Save binding settings and enjoy the game.
Probably same thing can work in another games.
After this triggers working well in game as I expected.
p.s. you can hold in game "menu" button on both controllers to recalibrate your current position.
I also have this issue with both controllers. While playing yesterday I realized this seems to be a physical issue with the triggers. When releasing the trigger it seems that it doesn't go back all the way to it's resting position. If I manually press it a little bit further upwards, then my hand in the game opens up again :)
