Solved the problem, you need to change to high priority but you need to change it in HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE change it PERMANENTLY

They need to fix it, not everyone knows how to solve this....

I had the same problems a few days ago. I just verified the Integrity of the game files, and it fixed it.
