Can't switch from keyboard to gamepad. Anyone?

I know that the page states that it does have local co-op, but i've seen games that lie about that or has serious bugs that made the co-op unplayable. So i just want a confirmation. The game has a functional local multiplayer?

There is no way to change the resolution of the game? It's all tiny on the screen it's crazy, how could they release such a stupid console port?

Is this game capped at 60 fps?

This is a remake of an old, old, old arcade game, right ? I'm not making this up ? Anyone else remember it ?
