and it says my graphic card is outdated so i need an update or something. my laptop has rtx but the game uses intel gpu? any fix?

I know this is a full release with DLC at this point, but, lots of bugs still...5 achievements are broken. Discord seems dead. any updates from the devs? are they still interested in updating the game?
