uh idk how to not get the bad ending

so i bought the uncensored dlc from jastusa and put it in the first time it didnt work played a whole route just to find out it was still censored. Redownloaded the game and it finally changed to ver 1.00s finally got to a nsfw part AND ITS STILL ONLY ON THEIR FACES im so close to going crazy and their customer support is ♥♥♥♥ you basically need to wait a week for a reply someone help im gonna kms...
