Only options for VSYNC and overall quality level is not enough.

Shadows, SSAO, grass density, LOD, motion blur, chromatic aberration, luma sharpen and antialiasing all need to be separate options. Especially sharpening. I really love the new Very High setting, but the sharpening filter makes me want to light my monitor on fire.
