Major patch 1.4.105 + Farm DLC!

Dear cafe owners,

We are pleased to announce the release of a major patch for Cafe Owner Simulator, containing many improvements and exciting new features that will enhance your gameplay.

This update brings significant improvements including a new user interface, a wide selection of new furniture and improved animations for both customers and employees. In addition, we have addressed several critical issues to ensure a smoother and more enjoyable game play. Below is a detailed list of additions and fixes included in this update:

Added:

- New user interface
- Lots of new furniture
- New animations for customers and workers
- Customers can now sit at tables together instead of one per table
- Improved paint system

Fixed:

- Textures have been optimized, and RAM and VRAM usage has also been optimized
- The game would sometimes crash when trying to remove debris or leaves
- Game crashed due to tornado issues
- Sometimes, after taking a customer's order, the customer would get stuck and the game would crash
- Player could not move green dishes to the menu if there were no green ingredients for them
- Various notification issues
- Some UI elements overlap with others
- Font size issues on different resolutions
- An issue that caused Avazon to sometimes not work in mail missions
- Critical popcorn issue where ordering popcorn blocked the cooking process
- Problems with hamburgers and doner related products and green highlighting on the menu screen
- Problems with some dishes and their ingredients
- Unable to paint some parts of the ceiling in post jobs
- Fixed some translations
- Problems with using tools, in particular pressing F, G and RMB
- Problems with repairing windows in post jobs 4 and 5
- Clients would sometimes appear in the wrong place
- Players had free space in the fridge but could not buy ingredients
- Trash on tables was not accounted for in the trash user interface
- Post missions 5 and 6 incorrectly displayed new logos after completion
- In post mission 7, the player could pick up trash in the cafe next to the door
- UI issue with achievement screen on ultra-wide screens
- When starting the game from the beginning without saves, the game asked to delete old saves
- Critical issue where furniture would disappear when loading the game
- Problem with current weather indicator texts
- Tiles are often not highlighted when placing floors
- Debris on new tables levitates in the air
- After a tornado, some players could not find trash
- If all kitchen furniture and tables were placed before a task with smoke detectors, the task with food boxes did not progress.

We are also happy to announce that our team is hard at work on the next patch, which will feature new levels and new post missions. These additions are designed to bring new challenges and exciting content to make your experience in Cafe Owner Simulator dynamic and enjoyable.

The Farm DLC is coming soon, as well as a major patch!

We are pleased to announce the imminent release of Cafe Owner Simulator Farm DLC, along with the add-on - a major patch will be released, with many new features, items and important fixes and balances.

In this patch planned new fittings, decor elements, some new features that you wrote about in the comments and discussions, and fixes critical bugs (for example - stuck waiters or visitors), now visitors will be able to sit several people at a table and much more.

Farm DLC - will include mechanics that allow you to open your own farm, not far from the cafe.
Grow organic produce, breed animals, to obtain, meat, eggs and milk. Organic products are very valuable and useful, so it will greatly affect your profits, but also give more care.

Game saves from pre-release versions (those available to the press and content creators) will be reset. If you want to continue playing on your save, you must stay on the version (press-1.98), which must be activated in the betas in game properties tab.

Full Game Release Date - December 5th 2022

The Full Game's coming december 5th and we couldn't be more excited for the release. The whole team worked very hard to make the game you are waiting for the best possible. In recent months we've been playing demos, playtests and prologues together. Your feedback, kind words on discord as well as the bugs you reported allowed us to make the game even better and introduce many interesting improvements.

NEW INFORMATION ABOUT THE FULL VERSION OF THE GAME.

Good afternoon cafe owners!

We haven't been in touch for a long time, because we are fully immersed in the development process and try not to miss anything. We are happy to announce that we will be announcing a release date soon, and we assure you it will be very soon!

We are working hard on stability of the game, adding a lot of new mechanics and polishing the old ones. Graphics and lighting have become significantly better, the performance has increased and storyline game - got a lot of tasks to perform and tactics for the development of its restaurant business.

Also, we are working on random events in the game that can take you by surprise and give the gameplay a new color.

In the next update we will announce the game's release date on Steam.

Patch #3. Many fixes, new features.

The most important of the new:

new music added;
new fittings models;
added animations to many interface elements;
smoke detectors now have their own durability and break down over time;
new notifications and prompts have been added;
added comfort indicator;
indicator when catching rats;
added sound of footsteps on different surfaces;
new wallpaper in tablet menu;
fixed problem with ice cream equipment;
added Drag & Drop to the food menu;
new garbage models on the game level;
all interactions now on the left and right mouse button, it's easier to control;
auto-save game progress;
fixed a bug when entering text on the street board;
fixed the problem with the freezer refill limit;
accelerated animation of giving the dish to the visitor;
hiring employee to the cash desk is now possible from level 5 of the restaurant;
indicator showing the progress of garbage disposal;
some changes in tasks;
critical bug fixed in garbage disposal task;

We are almost finished working on the new visitors animation, most likely they will appear in the next patch. Also we are preparing a lot of interesting things for the upcoming full version of the game, additional levels to pass, a 2-story building of your cafe, many new interior and exterior models, a legacy of bigfoot, delivery, hotel and much more.

Patch #2 and critical problem fixes.

What's new in the patch:

fixes problems with long loading times and "crashes" on the loading screen and in-game;
improved optimization;
added ability to open freezer room with item in hands;
reduced the rotation angle of furniture or equipment when installing to make this process easier;
corrected some errors in localization;
added markers and indicators that show the progress of the current task;
added an engine sound for the garbage truck;
improved network for catching mice;
tornado siren sound has been made quieter;
improved and redesigned Toolbox Store;
improved tooltip system;
animation on notifications has been added;
corrected visitors appearance time balance, now they will come more often;
added a marker showing the location of the garbage truck;

At the moment we are working on the animation of visitors, new models and animation of workers, sounds of the kitchen and cashier to liven up the game world. As well as on the game mechanics and gameplay.

added Italian language;
fixed critical bugs in Chinese language;
added AZERTY keyboard layout support;
added markers which show you where to go and what to do;
fixed some bugs in other localizations;
fixed problem with re-stocking the freezer task;

We are pleased to announce that CAFE OWNER SIMULATOR: PROLOGUE is available now for free on STEAM.

In the prologue you will be able to try out some of the game's mechanics and test yourself as a restaurant owner.

Prologue version will help us us to improve new features and squash bugs to make the full version of the game as stable and interesting as possible.
