Just in time for the Winter Sale, we’re rolling out a small patch. A big thank you to everyone in our amazing community who reported bugs on our Discord—your feedback keeps the colony thriving! 🚀

Here's the list of fixes coming just in time for the holidays:

🌩️ Thunderstorm SFX is now affected by sound settings
⚡ Thunderstorm damage to objects has been reduced.
🥚 Updated descriptions for Fossilized Egg and Skull
🛠️ Omni-tool upgrades are now applied instantly.
🐞 You can no longer interact with wildflowers while a bug drone is selected.
🗺️ Resolved object placement issues on map borders.
🌱 Fixed growth time display for seeds—green thumbs rejoice!
🌽 Fixed descriptions of most crops; they should no longer be the same as their seeds.
⭐ Collecting a crop from an incubator now properly awards an Omnistar.
💡 Lamp variants from colony upgrades now display correctly.
⌨️ Keybinding settings now save as they should—your controls, your way!

But wait, there’s bigger news! 🎉 One Lonely Outpost is now Steam Deck Verified! That’s right, you can take your outpost on the go, cozy up with your crops, and keep exploring your colony wherever you like.

Wish list

This is my list of quality of life improvements I would like to see added to the game soon. Some of them may be bugs that need fixing, others small features that I would like added. Of course I understand that many of these may not be implemented, but I can dream! Firstly, QWERTY following me around is annoying when I'm in my fields, they get in my way, so I would love an option to keep QWERTY stationary at home. I never tend to use them anyways. Following me whenever I leave the farm area would be okay ...

Vulcan Summit

Has anyone found a way to unlock the summit? I'm currently at a standstill because I need items from the location or what I'd assume it provides but the red crystals block the path. Is it a timed event or do I need to do something to unlock it?

Hotfix: Duyi has been found!

Many of you ran into an issue where Duyi would go on a little walk... and just never return. We are happy to report that we went on an expedition this weekend to find him and he's been brought home! Check out the quick little patch notes below:

Bug Fixes

Duyi now has a set and correct place to sleep.
Incubator model was rotated 90 degrees to ensure the crop inside wouldn't be obscured.

Duyi is missng

He showed up, I made the auto winch and mining suit... and when it came time to turn in my omni research... he's just... gone. He isn't on the map, he isn't by his store during opening hours... he's nowhere at all (spent 5 in game days looking for him and nothing at all)...

Someone said let's take a well developed concept, and put a novel spin on it by adding annoying minigames to the minigames. You can't just mine, you have to minesweeper, and you can't catch bugs by targeting them with the drone you'll have to sneak close, but not too close, then target them with a little cursor, then you have to click on a very small segment of a fast moving "catch" bar.

Mostly, just skip it.

I like many, was worried that this game was abandoned, which was a shame- it was such a good concept. But- the devs have returned, and while I'd appreciate more feedback and transparency from them, they are at the very least working on the game, and I enjoy the game for what it is.

cant recommend after losing two saves from the game crashing mid save. a 6 hour save lost and a 4 hour save lost. have tried everything to recover either to no avail

I bought cabbages and tea and they don't grow, since the update they stay forever as a seed.

devs plz link the inv and hotbar!!!

gettign rlly annoyed that cant grab items from hotbar in any menu cept inv. constantly going into ether refioner , forge bin ect just to have to exit out cause the item i want to move is in hotbar thus i cant touch it
