- Improvements
- Instant cast spells with animation times now show a cast bar (with a different, yellow color).
- This is something I want to try - it adds a lot of clarity to the game and I think it fixes the feeling of "unresponsiveness" as you can see a clear indicator of what's going on.
- Will create a thread on this to gather feedback and adjust as necessary.
- You can now drag your mouse over top of Titan Frames and Nameplates to drag the camera without it blocking the drag.
- Made some slight adjustments to the matchmaking algorithm.
- Including some artificial inflation. This will replace top50 decay for now, and we'll see how it is working.
- Airion now gets their main form back after respawning in CTF.
- Balance
- General
- Absorption now absorbs 40 damage (down from 50).
- Naturalist
- Cultivation now heals 8 per stack on expiration (down from 9 per stack).
- Assassin / Bruiser
- Shadow Strike base damage has been increased to 4 / 10 alternating (up from 3 / 9).
- Soulstealer
- Essence Burst has been reduced to a 1.4 second cast (down from 1.5 sec).
- Fixed some issues with Soul Swap - it should now function as expected.
- Fighter
- The passive "Shattered Armor" now increases the physical damage taken by the target by 0.4% per stack and stacks to 10 (changed from 1% per stack stacking to 5).
- Swift Justice now triggers the cooldown when used on friendly targets.
- Blademaster
- The "Overpowered" talent has been changed to increase the cooldown of Devastating Strike by 1 sec (changed from increasing the CD of Power Strike by 5 sec).

- Dev Note: The intention of the balance changes in 1.0.0rc16 is to:
- Attempt to close out games quicker without having to go deep into dampening.
- Give double DPS compositions a better chance in 2v2.
- Rewarding smart & strategic cooldown trades rather than encouraging just pressing defensives whenever they are available.
- Master of Battle can no longer be used while Stunned, Silenced or Incapacitated.
- Enhanced Resilience now lasts 8 seconds (down from 10 seconds).
- The cooldown of Enhanced Resilience has been increased to 80 seconds (up from 60 seconds).
- Toughness and Resolve (Stun/Incap reduction talents) have had their effects reduced to 20% (down from 25%).
- Cleric
- Blessed Light healing has been increased by 33%.
- The Power Burn debuff now lasts 45 seconds and reduces healing/shielding by 2.5% per stack (up from 30 sec, 2% per stack).
- Lightbringer
- Righteous Defense can no longer be cast on friendly targets other than the caster while Stunned, Silenced, or Incapacitated.
- Plaguebringer
- Curses now correctly apply the passive "Soul Essence".

Another attempt at fixing the invisible unit issue.

Attempted to fix the rare invisible unit bug - at the very least the client logs are far improved to help track it down further.

- "Inner Rage" now increases physical damage dealt by 35% for 5 seconds (changed from 50% for 4 seconds).

- Cultivation now stacks to 3 (up from 2).
- Cleric
- Added a new baseline spell called "Power Burn", which reads:
- Deal 2 damage to the target and reduce the amount of outgoing healing & shielding they do by 2% per stack for 30 seconds. Stacks up to 30 times.
- Assassin
- Replaced the talent "Ambush" with a new talent called "Cheap Tactics" which reads:
- Blow from the Shadows and Poison Blade increase all damage taken by the target by 20%.
- Eradicator
- Dark Portal is now baseline available for Eradicator.
- The portal talent has been replaced with "Death Wish" (from Plaguebringer), which reads:
- When Demon Skull hits a target, heal for 50 health.
- Plaguebringer
- The passive "Soul Essence" now stacks to 5, and provides 2% physical damage reduction per stack (changed from 1% stacking to 10).
- The talent "Empowered Soul Essence" has been changed and now reads:
- Consume all stacks of Soul Essence to reduce all physical damage taken by 6% per stack for 12 seconds.
- The cooldown has also changed from 30 seconds to 45 seconds.
- Crystalmancer
- Crystals now last 10 seconds (up from 8 seconds).
- The cast time of the 4th frost crystal is now 1.5 sec (down from 1.8 sec).
- Lightbringer
- Righteous Flash now has a 6 second cooldown (up from 5 seconds).
- Mystical Brilliance now deals 9 damage when cast on an enemy target (down from 12).
- Lightbringer & Smiter
- Righteous Defense lasts 8 seconds now on allies (down from 10 sec).
- It still lasts 10 seconds when cast on yourself.

- The CC overlay always picks the longest CC to show now.
- When Titan frame icons are replaced with important buffs, CC now has priority over other effects.
- The mature language filter now works on player names in addition to chat messages.
- Updated the action bar context menu (for selecting target, focus, etc) to be dark to be easier to see.
- The action bar context menu now closes when you go to the main menu if you don't close it yourself.
- Buff tooltips now show whether that buff can be removed by Sacred Cleansing.
- Added a few new cosmetics to the pool.
- You can now purchase Obol vouchers in the misc section of the shop. This will give you a one-time code to redeem that amount of Obols which you can share with friends, do giveaways, run tournaments, or whatever you'd like.
- The Diminishing Return (DR) count now shows on the DR tracker icons.
- The spectator camera can now zoom out further while locked on a player.

- Improved collision issues causing players to fall out of bounds of arena occasionally.
- Fixed a bug causing the Sharp Ice projectiles to be permanently floating sometimes.
- Fixed a few tooltip typos and incorrect information.
- The self Titan frame can now be properly aligned with the target/focus frame. You will have to adjust your UI layout if you've moved it.

- A new stack of dampening is now added once every 3 seconds (down from 6 seconds) after starting.
- Fixed a bug with Bandage causing multiple heals on the first tick sometimes.
- Increased animation speeds for several key spells (Inner Rage, Shadow Blink, Frost Portal, Shadow Demons).
- Soulstealer
- Essence Burst is now a 1.5 second cast (up from 1.3 seconds)
- The Soothing Souls talent now only restores 50% of health taken (down from 75%).
- Ethereal Binding now lasts 7 seconds (down from 9).
- Fixed a bug causing the Soul Capture talent to unintentionally reduce the cooldown of Soul Recovery by 18 seconds instead of 8.
- Crystalmancer
- Added a range to Crystal Blast (40 yards) and a LoS check.
- Blademaster
- Inner Rage is no longer on GCD, and now increases all physical damage dealt by 50% for 4 seconds.
- Assassin
- Fixed an issue with Smoke Screen allowing enemy teammates to heal into it.
- Naturalist
- Slam no longer requires Lightning Form to cast.

- Kill Shot now glows when it is active (target below 20% HP)
- Added the stun duration to the tooltip of Crystal Blast
- Fixed an issue where your whole game would break if you got a match while previewing a shop item

- The powerup orbs have been removed and replaced with a general dampening system. After 2 minutes of game time, a 1% multiplicative healing/shielding reduction will apply every 6 seconds to everyone in the match.
- The powerup orbs remain in CTF.
- Crystalmancer's "Crystal Blast" is now instant cast (was: 1 second cast).
