I select a weapon at start but i still have my pistol, Why?

It always crashes when you put down a tesla turret and if you are holding a box and a turret shoots it you hold and invisible box and cannot play till you restart, if you restart after you die you get all the classes pistols and some other weapons

bugs: 1. When enemies (or Soldiers?) shoot a chest I am carrying, the item is stuck in the air and I can't change weapons, fire or use anything anymore. 2. Hired Soldiers seem invincible.
