From Digital Sun, creators of Moonlighter, The Mageseeker is an action RPG in the League of Legends universe. You can now try out the demo, where you play as Sylas, a mage now freed from years in captivity. Wield the chains that once bound you and liberate Demacia from the Mageseekers' tyranny.

In our previous patch we sent out a fix to address an issue with progress that caused you to be stuck at 93%, however we heard reports that it was still occurring. Our update today should address this bug, and you will now be able to progress 100% in-game.

In addition to the Steam Summer sale, we have a new patch available today. This patch includes fixes for the 93% bug, the final achievement fix as well as a fix for enemy health bars. Below is the complete list of fixes.

• Key Post glow color is now set to magic color. Once a Key Post is activated they show as activated for the rest of the run

The Mageseeker: A League of Legends Story is a single player, 2D pixel hack & slash RPG and will not be available to play on multiplayer.

Will there be a tutorial?
The Mageseeker has tutorials throughout the game. Players will be able to reference these tutorials from the menu at any point.

What champions are in the game?

Why is this a Riot Forge game?
Riot Forge is a publishing label within Riot Games that complements Riot’s internally developed games. Our focus is to work with experienced studios outside of Riot Games to create bespoke “completable” games set in the League of Legends universe.

How much will the game cost? Is it Free to Play?
Riot Forge games are not free to play. Riot Forge makes premium completable, narrative driven games, as opposed to “live services” type games, which include free to play games.

The Mageseeker will be $29.99 for the Standard Edition, $39.99 for the Digital Deluxe, and $169.99 for the Collectors Edition.

The Mageseeker: A League of Legends Story follows Sylas, a Demacian mage, through his journey of revenge and justice as he escapes Demacia, a society obsessed with rooting out magic. After learning Sylas was “afflicted” with magical abilities, his parents persuaded him to turn himself in to the kingdom’s mageseekers.

The mageseekers used Sylas’ abilities to identify and locate other mages. But Sylas began to doubt their mission and take pity on those he helped to condemn. After an incident that left mageseekers dead, Sylas was sentenced to life imprisonment as just a boy. The Mageseeker: A League of Legends Story picks up on Sylas’s journey as he escapes the dungeons of Demacia to build his rebellion.
