i keep getting kicked from the lobby

So here is the story, I was screwing around on Deducto and when I went to go get a snack, my brother got on and did who knows what. Turns out he spammed the n-word in chat and now I have to take the fall of a perm ban. Can I please be appealed as I didn't know that and I wasn't in control at the time....

On the minimap for the office, you can see a hallway between the mail room and the office, but there doesn't seem a way into it. Can you go through it as the imposter?
