I can't seem to leave the area by the lighthouse. I've walked to every edge of the screen allowed but I can't seem to leave. Is there a hotkey to open the map?

I'm in the East Forest and there are some herbs on the ground at the right end of the screen, just past the three brothers. I'm assuming picking these herbs is required to unlock this achievement. However, I have no idea which button to press, and there is no on-screen prompt to pick the herbs from the ground. I've pressed every button and tried moving Teacup around that area, but still nothing. I would really appreciate some advice, please! Th...

This looks like the kind of game I might be interested in but I can't figure out the controls for the demo at all. Anyone have any insight?
