I'm considering to grab this game alongside NMH2 but some reviews say it's not a good port. Can we play with M&K? Are there any issues that I should be aware of?

We wanted to provide an update on the Steam versions of No More Heroes 1 + 2 . We are very much aware of the issues affecting this title since launch, and after over a year of trying to develop patches, we can report that we have brought the effort to address these issues in-house. This has delayed things and we apologize for the lack of communication up until this point, but rest assured that we will provide further information as soon as we are confident that we have patches in releasable shape....

I bought the game on release and unfortunately never played it for more than 10 minutes because I saw reports of people saying how broken it was, like broken achievements, crashes, broken mechanics, displaying Nintendo Switch control images and more that I can't remember. After defeating the first boss, the loading screen, well... it just doesnt loads anything. Just stays as a black screen that lasts forever (i waited +40 mins with the game open and the pc on, and nothing). Fixes for this dont work, and believe me when i say ive tried all of em.
