Controls help (especially steering)
(Is there a way to make the controls different so that I steer with the left controller (like a lot of vr games have by default) and golf with the right. Every time I touch the joystick on either controller while im trying to walk or turn, my golf club switches to that controller and it makes steering very difficult.
Secondly, is it possible to pick up the golf ball and walk around with it?

Thank you for any help, I am new to this game.

You can pick it up in practice mode but not during actual play. The actual way you do it depends on the type of controller that you are using. With the Valve index you use the joystick. My understanding is that you can only use one controller at a time now and you are right if you use two it switches back and forth between the two but can only use one at a time. Hope this helps because this is the gold standard for VR golf and there are no competitors even close!

Agreed 100% it is def the gold standard. It reacts like actual mini putting it put a smile on my face. I guess I just gotta figure out using the controls better lol.

I'm a bit confused. Why are you playing this game with two controllers in the first place?

I assumed you were supposed to steer how most vr games steer around. Tried it one controller today, made it all easier. lol. I do wish we could back up with the joystick for people with small play spaces that can't as easily back up irl, but other than that this is one of the best vr experiences I've ever had in my life.
