My limited understanding is that 00 is a prologue that doesn't really connect to the main story all that much. Is that true/is it important I go through 00 first?

I got some problems with all the TDA series. So basically i cant run any of the games for some reasons, each time i try to start the game it will load for a second and fail to start. I dont know if it's a bug or some technical issues of Steam because i can still play other Muvluv games except TDA series. So does anyone have any idea or who can give me some solutions. I would be really appreciated!!!...

The original release had visible nipples on the fortified suits and two CGs with naked girls and visible nipples in them, though no sex scenes. Anyone know what they've done with those here? Edit: Apparently they've been covered up with steam. At least they weren't removed, I guess....
