Completely unable to play?
it looks like others are having this issue as well. The RS launcher is just stuck on loading and thats it. I've done everything thinkable to fix it?

Done that repeatedly. Even went so far as to to a hard reset of my whole pc. same result.

Done that repeatedly. Even went so far as to to a hard reset of my whole pc. same result.
I know this is so disturbing, I have had this problem for months and noting seems to help even contacting steam don't help.

i was in contact with rockstar and just gave up. i spent HOURS on it. its still doing it.

This is exactly why you should uninstall the game, no game is worth this much fafing around with just to play for a few hours.
