You can try playing in a private lobby; it should solve your "f" errors. The guide below will show you how to easily set it up. Remember to clear your game's cache.
Those errors, along with others, are typically caused by being in the same lobby as cheaters.
If you have a frame-rate limiter, you should also set that to match with your monitor's. Opening the campfire can allow a spike on frame rates and might cause issue on some systems.

Clearing your game's cache:
C:\Users\Your PC's Name\Documents\Rockstar Games\Red Dead Redemption 2\Settings
You can safely delete all files except "system.xml" (that's your video settings).
