How do you fix in game voice chat settings in RDO?

So when i tab over the settings to On in Audio for voice chat, I can hear people talking as LONG as I don't hit save. When it restarts it goes back to being 'turned off'. Can anyone help me? I'm going ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ crazy here because of this annoying issue. RDO is the only place I have this issue.

I think they have made that as defult now, but i can be wrong, and you have to hold down a key to talk, cant remember what key it is now, sorry.

ya i have the same issues and i use open mic but when i spoke they dont hear me and i can see the icon on the screen while i speak but i think its not working.
